Naomi Johnson worked for the HRM Global Group for nine months from March to December 2010 as a contracted Business Manager. The Group comprises a consulting company, an SME academy, international training and an executive coaching. There is also a membership site providing marketing help for coaches.
She reported to the two Directors that also own the group.
In her role as Business Manager, Naomi undertook a wide range of responsibilities and tasks. Her initial challenge was to tidy up the various processes that we used and streamlined our activities. After this was accomplished, she used her innovative outlook to provide valuable strategic input to the Directors that significantly helped them improve and rationalise the activities undertaken.
Naomi is a self starter and meticulous with her timekeeping and had a very good customer service ethic.
