Naomi Johnson leads the internationally renowned website MarketingHelpForCoaches.com. Predominantly she helps life coaches established solid businesses, but also helps those in employment to transition successfully into self employment.

Naomi believes that there are a high number of people moving into self employment with little understanding or education as to what it requires. As a result they spend inheritances, redundancy packages, savings or worse run up debt investing in their new career. Before they know it they are forced back into employment with their dreams shattered. While there are a lot of people out there teaching business success, few are teaching the real skills required. Naomi sites the reason for this to be because by the time business man has credibility to stand on stage and teach, they have long forgotten the basics that got them there – the basics that bridge the gap between ‘barely making it’ and ‘making it’.
Having been a solo entrepreneur and self employed coach for 6 years, Naomi understands first hand the challenges involved in developing and establishing a small business. Despite starting off well in 2006 with 10 individually paying clients, 2 corporate gigs and an exclusive contract into her chosen niche, Naomi soon found herself sleeping on the sofa, renting out her bed and eating backed beans for every meal. Today, Naomi is back on her feet and has translated her experiences, and her learning, into a book called ‘Grass Roots to Green Shoots’.  Naomi is passionate about helping others succeed in business.
